Ordering Information Process

Orders are placed at: sales@osensa.com
Orders are shipped from Vancouver, BC, Canada. Some warranty small parts other than probes and temperature transmitters may ship from NJ for US customers.

For a new order, a quote will be issued after application review For re-orders, please send in a RFQ. A quote will be issued with price and delivery lead time.

Osensa needs a purchase order that includes:

a) Purchase order number
b) Purchase Order Date
c) Quote Reference Number
d) Ship to address, with name and phone number
e) Bill to Address, with name, email and phone number
f) Shipping Method and shipping account number such as FedEx, DHL or UPS.
g) EIN number or W-9 form for US orders; VAT number for non-US orders.
h) Description of item and part number with quantity being ordered
i ) Quote Reference number

After order placement, a confirming order will be issued and Osensa will request a review of the confirmation. Shown here is an example:

Check item and quantity for accuracy
Check shipping account and shipping method
Verify Target Ship Date

**Standard lead time of 3 to 4 weeks applies to most items. Please allow sufficient lead time when placing your order.

Please update your A/P contact if necessary. We no longer provide a paper copy of your invoice.

Payment:

Osensa normally requires payment before shipment.
Payment can be done by Wire Transfer, PayPal Credit Card with a 3.9% fee.
Paypal Credit Card orders are easiest for small orders.
After payment is received, a tracking number is issued.
